Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic, financial, and regulatory governance frameworks for the Consumer Banking Group
Act as primary liaison between the Finance BUC, digibank tech and business/product owners.
Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
Ensure digibank features are delivered on time with the expected quality.
Ensure and oversee projects in accordance with proper governance and cost management.
Monitor project costs and ensure proper project governance.
Monitor key data to ensure digibank stays competitive in the digital banking market
Communicate product/feature launch via e-mail, push notifications, and other available channels by working with the marketing, data chapter, and business teams.
Track and gather data or documents for regulatory requests while ensuring the implementation of any new regulations with timeliness
Track and gather data or documents required for audit purposes
Supporting customer adoption towards digital platform
Requirements
Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of financial regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management principles
Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
