RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
The Working Student will support the Offshore O&M Asset Management team in:
Support the collection, validation, and reporting of production and metering data for offshore wind assets.
Support SAP-related activities, including purchase order tracking, invoice follow-up, approval workflows, and payment monitoring.
Assist with budget preparation, forecasting activities, and cost tracking.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, procedures, and internal documentation.
Contribute to the review and improvement of operational and commercial processes, including invoicing, metering, and revenue reporting.
Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple information sources.
Support special projects related to offshore wind operations, energy markets, business reporting, and process automation.
PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Energy Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fluent English.
Availability to work from the Berlin office in accordance with the agreed working schedule.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Knowledge of SAP.
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Python, or automation tools.
Interest in renewable energy and offshore wind.
French, Spanish, or German language skills.
