Product Manager

The Role
• Take ownership of software components for our doctor information systems to develop user-friendly solutions that sustainably improve healthcare.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities and make data-driven decisions that pave the way for future-oriented product development in clinical practice.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, current trends, and strategic goals to create an effective and targeted product roadmap that ensures long-term success.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams from development, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure the product not only exceeds user expectations but also creates exceptional satisfaction and user experiences.
• Proactively communicate with all stakeholders, conduct regular product reviews, and develop adaptable pricing strategies to increase market share while boosting profitability. Your commitment is crucial to strengthening our product's market position in the clinical sector and achieving outstanding results.
What You'll Need
• Several years of outstanding professional experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable position within health IT or clinical data, ideally with a proven track record of launching innovative digital solutions. You actively utilize methods such as Design Thinking or Design Sprints.
• A completed degree, preferably from a reputable university, in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field, underscoring your academic excellence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, enabling you to develop groundbreaking solutions.
• The ability to recognize the needs of medical professionals and translate them into successful product strategies, coupled with strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for creative problem-solving, combined with strong analytical and data-driven capabilities and an innovative mindset. Fluent German and English skills are required.
