What you’ll do
Our bank builds simple, accessible and inclusive experiences, and your expertise is key to bringing these to life. Designing user experiences, information architecture and prototype outlines from end to end
Consistently applying guidelines and standards, contributing to improvements that raise consistency, quality, accessibility and inclusion in product design
Acting as a key contact for stakeholders to manage expectations, support understanding and influence decisions
Contributing to larger plans by supporting the development of programme‑level design activities where required
Continuously developing your skills and domain knowledge and supporting colleagues through feedback and best‑practice sharing
