We're looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Coders. Whether you have hands-on coding experience or are a fresher with a relevant educational background, we'd love to hear from you!
🔍 What You'll Do
Review medical records and clinical correspondence to ensure accurate coding.
Apply medical terminology, anatomy, and ICD-10/CPT coding knowledge.
Identify documentation gaps, discrepancies, and coding errors.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals for clarification and follow-ups.
Maintain high standards of coding accuracy, quality, and productivity.
Follow relevant coding guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements.
🎓 Who Can Apply?
Candidates with 1–2 years of medical coding experience are encouraged to apply.
Freshers are welcome! Candidates with a relevant educational background and a strong understanding of medical terminology are encouraged to apply.
Graduates in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related disciplines are preferred.
CPC certification or an equivalent medical coding certification is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills are essential.
