ServiceNow Business Analyst
Permanent
Remote but local in Germany for occasional onsite travel
Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join an exciting new growth in the team Customer Workflows & Employee Center team.
What will you be doing:
Help lead processes for ServiceNow projects for the Customer Workflows & Employee Center team, focused on advancements in CSM &/OR HRSD, as well as Now Assist/Agentic AI
Speak with stakeholders across the business to help solve their pain points
Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions
Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
Deliver testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etc
Experience:
ServiceNow experience required
2+ years ServiceNow BA experience
ServiceNow Certified System Admin(CSA) required
Strong communication skills in German and English REQUIRED
