Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, data gathering, calculations, and forecasting related to the firm’s liquidity risk.
Overseeing core LST frameworks, analytical tools, and reporting capabilities to ensure outputs are fit for purpose, clearly understood, and effectively used in Treasury and risk decision-making.
Partnering with stakeholders across departments to facilitate timely Liquidity Management Actions and broaden organizational knowledge.
Simplifying processes, strengthening governance, and improving the efficiency and scalability of the LST operating model.
Taking accountability for team results, including analytical quality, timely execution, strong governance, and clear ownership across LST and liquidity risk management activities.
Applying market developments, new learnings, and evolving industry practices to strengthen liquidity stress testing, contingency funding analysis, and liquidity risk management.
Building strong partnerships across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data, Technology, and business organizations, with team success as the priority.
Promoting responsible AI adoption to enhance team performance, analytical insight, and decision support while maintaining strong controls and clear accountability.
Applying a product mindset to solutions, reporting, and analytical capabilities to improve usability, outcomes, and adoption.
Collaborating with the modeling team to design and develop Python models, forecasts, and reports that support the firm’s liquidity management framework.
Influencing senior leadership through clear ideas, insights, and recommendations that enable timely, informed decisions.
Applying business judgment to reduce complexity and bureaucracy and improve execution, governance, and outcomes across Treasury liquidity risk management.
Developing and coaching talent through ongoing feedback, mentorship, and growth opportunities that strengthen team capability and strategic thinking.
Developing findings and recommendations for senior stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, and Finance, translating complex model outputs into clear narratives that support decision-making.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking:
At least 15 years of experience, along with an MBA in Finance from a premier institute or a master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or another quantitative field.
Significant experience in liquidity risk management, liquidity stress testing, funding risk, and/or balance sheet risk management within large, complex financial organizations preferred.
