About the role

As a Solution Consultant you are going to propose solutions based on ServiceNow platform for a DXC Technology customers.
Because of a partnership between DXC and ServiceNow you will have limitless opportunities to obtain professional trainings and certifications. What we need from you is your engagement in supporting our customers and delivering requirements as expected. As we are working in a multinational environment, you need to be able to communicate with people in English.
Daily challenges
Working experience in Agile Project environment
Discussing business needs and requirements with DXC customers
Planning new projects in collaboration with Architects
Advising on applying new solutions
Cooperation with Technical Consultants on implementing requirements
Coordination of User Acceptance Testing
Collaboration with Technical Consultants in elimination of post-implementation defects
Taking part in trainings and achieving new certifications
Sharing experience with new team members
eXperience and skills required
Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
Strong communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (at least 5 years)
Deep experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Asset Mgmt
Good knowledge of ITIL processes
Fast learning
ServiceNow certifications
ITIL4 Foundation Certificate
Business Analysis certifications
Experience in multinational environment
Fluency in English and German language

Flexible benefit – cafeteria: The individual budget entitlement is 21,500 CZK per fiscal year for each employee with weekly working hours 20h/week and more. It will be uploaded annually on 1st April. Ratio 1:1 for all benefits, the validity of the points is 12 months. There is a possibility to transfer points to Saving Account with an additional 24 months of validity of the points. 5 weeks of vacation: Company provides 1 week of vacation entitlement above the legal requirements. Policy: Vacation policy.
Sick Days: A sick day is provided by the employer for the case of an acute illness of an employee lasting for a short time or personal emergency. Every employee is entitled to a max. of 3 working days as “sick days” during a calendar year. Policy: Remuneration policy.
Employee Assistance Program: All employees of DXC and their family members may use the services of company Magellan in the areas of professional coaching and consultations for business or personal issues.
Flexible Working Hours: The company enables flexible working hours and the employee is allowed to set the start and the end of working hours by himself/herself, subject to an agreement with the manager and according to the habits of the department. The employee is obliged to work between 9.30 a.m. and 3,30 p.m. and fulfill contractual working hours in the calendar month.
Multisport Card: Available for all employees. Payment for the card 1050 CZK monthly is deducted from the salary.
