Role Description
The Recruitment Trainee role at TraviYo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the trainee supports the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily responsibilities include assisting with job postings, maintaining candidate databases, communicating with applicants and hiring managers, and scheduling interview rounds. The trainee helps organize and conduct initial interviews under guidance, supports onboarding activities, and contributes to training coordination for new hires. This position offers structured mentorship and exposure to recruitment best practices within a fast-paced, growth-oriented travel technology environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting for supporting end-to-end talent acquisition.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication for engaging with candidates and hiring teams.
Candidates should possess skills in Training for assisting in induction and basic employee orientation activities.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with online job portals or HR tools.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or interest in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the recruitment and HR function.
