NIL Brand Partnerships & Sports Marketing Intern

Please note that this internship is unpaid. The intern will work directly on our NIL partnerships, connecting with college athletes, presenting partnership opportunities, and helping finalize new athlete agreements.
Electro is a sports nutrition company that makes functional electrolyte gum. NIL partnerships are central to our growth, and college athletes play a key role in bringing the brand to new teams and campuses.

Requirements:
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Interest in sports, NIL, or athlete marketing (preferred).
• Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Keep the athlete partner database accurate, current, and easy to use.
• Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand.
• Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results.
• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools.
• Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences.
• Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.
• Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels.
