Position Overview
Location: Colombia — 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Contract: Long-term Colombian employment contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
Work Environment: Client-facing consulting team working with U.S. clients and international professionals
Language: Advanced English and Spanish

Role Summary
As a Project Manager, you will join a U.S.-based Salesforce consulting partner that serves small and mid-sized companies in regulated industries. You will manage multiple client implementation projects at the same time, from kickoff to delivery. You will keep timelines, scope, and budgets on track, lead client communication, and support the team with business analysis. This role is ideal for an organized, client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment, enjoys juggling several projects at once, and is comfortable working with billable hours.
Key Responsibilities
Build project timelines with the client and delivery team, including milestones, key deliverable dates, and use-case deadlines.
Lead kickoff calls covering introductions, methodology, scope, and next steps.
Track tasks and timelines against the Statement of Work (SOW), keeping both the team and the client on schedule.
Assign tasks in Asana and keep project documentation up to date in Confluence and Slack.
Lead weekly status calls and send weekly reports on completed tasks, upcoming tasks, and hours used and remaining.
Track billable time in Harvest and monitor each project’s budget.
Take and distribute notes from every call, respond quickly to client emails, and route questions to the right team members.
Act as business analyst on projects, gathering and documenting requirements.
Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience managing software implementations for external clients.
Experience managing multiple client projects at the same time (up to 10–20 concurrent projects).
Professional services background working with a billable-hours model.
Strong organizational, communication, and client-management skills.
Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Salesforce experience.
Business analysis experience.
Experience with Asana, Confluence, Slack, and Harvest.
PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or Salesforce Administrator certification.
