Our client is a military family owned, non-medical home care agency in Southern California that provides in-home care for seniors and veterans. They serve private-pay clients and veterans through a VA Community Care Network contract, and offer free in-home assessments.
Job Description
Our client is looking for a proactive "right-hand person" to run operations and drive expansion for their non-medical home care agency. You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with laws, and communicate with the team and clients.
Success in the first 90 days means you will be managing referrals, inboxes, and team communications effectively.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Manage Veterans Affairs referrals and emails, following HIPAA and California home care law.
Manage the main company and information inboxes.
Upload documents to Dropbox and track annual renewals for licenses and taxes.
Use the CRM to track caregiver documents and coordinate with the on-site supervisor.
Update the phone system auto-messages for holidays and promotions.
Stay in daily contact with the team by phone and Zoom.
Required Experience And Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Deep knowledge of US HIPAA and California home care law.
C1 or C2 English level.
Full-time availability.
Preferred Skills
Experience with veteran or insurance referral programs.
Experience with a home care or caregiver CRM.
