Job Description
Our client is looking for a part-time Transaction Coordinator. You will process real estate contracts and follow up with clients. This role is deadline-heavy and requires a high standard of organization.
You will manage 15-20 transactions per month. You will be responsible for the compliance and closing of each file. Standard operating procedures are available, but experience is key.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Expected KPI's
Process real estate contracts.
Follow up with clients.
Process files from start to finish.
Ensure compliance of each file.
Close out files.
Evaluates transaction files and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brokerage and contractual requirements.
Coordinates with agents to resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation and provides guidance regarding required corrections.
Assists Managing Brokers with transaction compliance, documentation standards, and file oversight.
Maintains organized and compliant transaction records throughout the review process.
Handles additional compliance and transaction-related responsibilities as assigned.
Transaction completion and timely closings.
Accuracy of transaction files and document management.
Compliance and deadline adherence.
Timely completion of assigned tasks.
Transaction processing efficiency.
Agent satisfaction and communication quality.
Required Experience And Qualifications
Experience processing 15-20 transactions per month.
Ability to handle many clients at once.
C2 English level.
Florida FAR/BAR familiarity.
Preferred Skills
Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience as a transaction coordinator.
