Program Manager, Implementation (Launch)

The Program Manager (Launch)is responsible for leading the program workstreams that guide partner practices through Aledade's onboarding journey to achieve sustained success in value-based care. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role structures, executes, and monitors assigned launch initiatives, establishing clear milestones and task structures aligned with overall program objectives to maintain project timelines. By leveraging data-driven governance and program discipline, the Program Manager ensures full transparency into launch progress and identifies potential roadblocks early. Core responsibilities include designing workstream operational frameworks, defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively mitigating risks, and driving strategic alignment across Sales, Field, Implementation, and Product teams. The Program Manager facilitates cross-functional execution and directly oversees key launch deliverables to meet organizational goals.
