Specialist, Client Service Management

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Atlanta, GA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Provide day-to-day client support to resolve transaction and process-related issues, with guidance as needed.
Maintain strong client relationships by researching and resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Respond to client questions by phone, email, and other channels regarding BNY products, services, and procedures.
Support issue resolution by researching operational or client matters, routing items to the appropriate team when needed, and providing status updates on open issues and closures.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
0-2 years of experience in an operational area and/or client services.
Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
