We’re looking for an experienced healthcare leader to strengthen operations, grow patient and referral networks, and build a consistent, scalable model across our territories. This role will work across marketing, clinical operations, finance, and people management to support sustainable growth and long-term investment readiness.
What you’ll do
Implement and oversee patient record-keeping systems across territories, along with regular patient engagement and brand reminders to improve recall and retention.
Lead on-ground marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across locations.
Track online and offline referral sources, and develop ways to retain and grow these relationships.
Monitor surgical and non-surgical revenue, consultations, and doctor performance across territories.
Identify underperforming locations or service areas and plan targeted marketing support to improve results.
Develop financial allocation strategies across departments and assess the resources required for growth initiatives.
Hire and build effective teams and reporting structures across marketing, operations, reception, accounts, and other departments.
Analyse business performance and growth opportunities to guide investment and expansion decisions.
Bring the organisation’s growth initiatives together into a scalable, commercially sustainable, and investment-ready model.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, hospital management, or healthcare business operations and growth.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, marketing, patient engagement, and referral development.
Experience managing teams, budgets, performance metrics, or multi-location operations.
Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to turn performance data into practical plans.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
MBA in Hospital Management preferred.
