You’ll be on the worksite, partnering with construction leaders and teams to spot risks, solve problems, strengthen compliance, and keep our people working safely, confidently, and at their best.
What You’ll Lead
Champion safety compliance across the worksite by ensuring teams follow applicable rules, regulations, procedures, and best practices.
Inspect facility, identify hazards, analyze trends, and partner with field leadership to implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain shop-specific safety programs, manuals, standards, procedures, and training matrices.
Lead safety orientations and training, including new hire presentations, Lock Out Tag Out, industrial hygiene, and machine guarding.
Investigate incidents, manage claims and clinic visits, maintain regulatory records, and support recovery plans.
Support prevention and compliance efforts through safe work practices, PPE, OSHA VPP-aligned controls, contractor/vendor vetting, testing, and safety data analysis.
What You’ll Bring
College/University graduate with 1-3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
Strong verbal presentation and facilitation skills.
Understanding of Worker’s Compensation and Return to Work process.
Currently hold or willingness to obtain additional education, safety certifications, and designations required. Designations include but not limited to:
BCSP – ASP, OHST preferred
NSC Advanced Safety Certificate
OSHA 30 Hour
Train the trainer designations related to Safety and Health
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other computer software.
