Role Description The Vice President of Enterprise Systems is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of the firm’s enterprise technology landscape. This position leads the evaluation and deployment of core systems, including CRM, portfolio management, risk and compliance platforms, data warehousing, and integration tools. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The role involves directing cross-functional projects, establishing governance standards, monitoring system performance, and driving continuous improvement in workflow automation and data quality. The Vice President will also mentor technical and operations teams, set KPIs for system effectiveness, and support change management for new technology rollouts.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise systems strategy and architecture, including CRM, ERP, portfolio management, and integration platforms.
Strong background in IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance within financial services or a related sector.
Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects, with skills in project management, process optimization, and change management.
Advanced analytical and data management capabilities, including data modeling, reporting, and decision-support tools.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
Track record of building and managing high-performing technical or operations teams, including mentoring and performance management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CFA Institute-related) are an advantage.
Experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or broader financial services, with familiarity in Middle East or international markets considered a plus.
