Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated US IT Recruiter with 1+ years of hands-on experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa classifications, tax terms, and various sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
•Analyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
•Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
•Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication skills, work authorization, and overall fit.
•Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
•Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
•Track candidate progress and update ATS/CRM systems regularly.
•Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
•Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, visa policies, and staffing practices.
Required Skills
•Minimum 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
•Strong understanding of US work authorizations.
•Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
•Hands-on experience with job portals , ATS and CRM tools.
•Experience working with MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
