Looking for a role where your work matters from the moment you clock in? Three Meadows Post Acute is hiring a 2nd shift STNA to join a supportive care team. You’ll be the person residents count on for comfort, dignity, and a friendly face when the day winds down. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and love caring for others, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Provide daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Help residents move safely with lifting, turning, positioning, and transfers
Take and record vital signs, weights, and measurements
Support mealtimes by delivering trays, assisting with feeding, and tracking food and fluid intake
Be the eyes and ears of the care team, noticing changes in condition, skin concerns, or injuries and reporting them promptly to the charge nurse
Promote dignity and independence, helping residents stay comfortable and as self-sufficient as possible
Escort residents to activities, therapy, and appointments
Keep rooms neat, safe, and welcoming, following infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
What You’ll Bring
Current STNA certification in good standing
High school diploma or GED
CPR certification preferred
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
A team-first attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
