Shop Fabricator/General Laborer – Split Shift

Muza Sheet Metal Company is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated team member to join Team Muza as a Full-Time Shop Fabricator / General Laborer on a split shift. Starting pay is $19.37/hour, plus a $5.00/hour Shift Premium, for a total of $24.37/hour.
This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sheet metal industry and develop valuable skills in a professional shop environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
No experience necessary – training and tools will be provided!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Sheet Metal Journeymen with daily tasks in the shop
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including routine daily upkeep
Assist with sheet metal fabrication and panel fabrication processes
Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal
Assist with the following duties as needed:
Operate Muza company trucks as needed
Safely load, strap, and secure trailers for transport
Refuel and maintain company vehicles
Wash and detail company trucks and work vehicles regularly
Operate forklift (training and certification provided if not already certified)
Qualifications and Skills:
High School diploma or HSED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Sheet Metal experience preferred, but not required
Interest in construction
