• Ability to work on-site in Deerfield, Illinois.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in deadline-driven environments.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and process-tracking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment.
• Experience maintaining documentation, logs, tracking systems, and checklists.

• Experience operating mailing systems, production printers, shipping workstations/PCs, and sealing equipment.
• Experience within the payroll industry.
• Experience in document production environments.
• Experience in print room operations.
• Experience in fulfillment and distribution functions.
• Experience working within PEO, HCM, or HR services organizations.
