Key Responsibilities
Implement the organizational strategy and align efforts towards collaborator business requirements.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and manage training for the team.
Provide opportunities for coaching, mentoring, and feedback to staff and management regarding training and learning.
Continuously advance customer service standards and promote a culture of innovation and automation within the team.
Build and maintain relationships to expand networking opportunities.
Ensure the audit preparedness of the unit at all times.
Qualifications
Who You Are
Proven ability to work actively and closely with leaders to devise plans to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strong understanding and implementation of PGS central initiatives and business objectives.
Experience in crafting and monitoring action plans for under-performance.
Ability to build an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
Demonstrated ability to provide the team with clear direction and support.
