Job Summary The Director of Safety and Compliance is responsible for the management of all safety programs under Part 135. Maintaining and management of Blue Hawaiian Helicopters Safety Management System. Development and management of all safety and risk trainings. Act as company DER being responsible for all aspects of the drug and alcohol testing program and serves as primary contact for DOT and FAA as it relates to compliance with all federal rules and regulations pertaining to the drug and alcohol program testing and administration, The classification of this position is broad and assigned specific functional areas; duties and assignments may overlap depending on the operational needs of the department.
