World Trade Factory - The Future Belongs To You - Robotics AI Research Intern

NVIDIA Inception member. SKXYWTF (World Trade Factory) is a member of NVIDIA Inception, NVIDIA’s program for startups building with AI and accelerated computing. Our Devdoot robotics team builds and tests DEV 0.0, a humanoid concierge for bank and credit union branches, in simulation on NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab. As a member, we have access to NVIDIA’s technical resources, training and cloud credits, so you’ll work with the same tools used across the robotics industry
What would a robot that works on Wall Street look like? Help us find out.
At World Trade Factory®, we're building DEV 0.0, a humanoid concept designed for the finance industry. Now we're opening our lab to students who would rather build the future than read about it.
Robotics Research Intern · Humanoids & AI
Unpaid · Remote · Flexible around classes
This is a learning-first internship for high school and college students who are curious about robotics and AI. You don't need to be an expert. You need to be hungry to learn, unafraid to break things, and excited to share what you figure out.
What you'll explore
• Bring DEV 0.0 to life in simulation, using free tools like NVIDIA Isaac Sim and MuJoCo
• Teach a humanoid to walk, gesture and pick things up with reinforcement learning
• Connect a robot to a large language model so it can listen and respond
• Research where robots could help in banks, trading floors and offices, and where they shouldn't
• Film, document and present what you build
What you'll get
• Mentorship from founders and engineers building real AI products
• A portfolio of demos with your name on them, featured on devdoot.ai
• A certificate of completion, and a letter of recommendation for strong work
• Help getting academic credit where your school allows it
• First consideration for paid roles as we grow
What we ask
• A laptop and curiosity. A GPU helps but isn't required; we'll show you free options.
• A weekly check-in and a show-and-tell at the end
• Under 18? We'll need a parent or guardian's consent.
To apply, message us with:
1. Something you've built, coded or taken apart (a link, video or photo)
2. One question about robots you'd love to answer
