Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Interior Designer.
The Interior Designer will develop concept designs and detailed layouts for educational and commercial interiors, ensuring aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards are met. Daily responsibilities include space planning, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating FF&E specifications, and collaborating with project managers.
This fun role involves translating client requirements into creative design solutions, preparing presentations and mood boards, and revising designs based on feedback.
The Interior Designer will also support project coordination to help ensure timely delivery and consistency with brand and sustainability guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and FF&E specification.
Candidates should possess strong skills in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in educational or commercial interior projects and familiarity with sustainable design principles are advantageous.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple remote projects effectively.
