Senior Internal IT and Project Engineer

Join a global technology environment where you will take ownership of internal IT operations, Microsoft 365 administration, advanced technical support, and end-to-end project delivery. In this remote role, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, strengthen security and operational controls, and ensure employees have the equipment and access they need to work efficiently. You will lead third-line support, manage device lifecycles, and drive improvements across cloud services, endpoints, infrastructure, and business applications. Combining hands-on engineering with project management and PMO responsibilities, you will oversee delivery plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with international teams, HR, Procurement, suppliers, and service delivery leaders, you will help maintain reliable IT services and deliver measurable operational improvements.
