Individuals work independently within established systems and processes, with structured training, mentoring and ongoing support.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Engaging with individuals who have expressed interest in our programs
Providing clear and professional information using established communication processes
Responding to enquiries and maintaining appropriate follow-up
Managing appointments and scheduling through digital systems
Maintaining professional communication and accurate records
Participating in ongoing training and personal development
Working within established systems, processes and communication frameworks
Managing your day-to-day workflow with professionalism and consistency
IS THIS YOUR NEXT CHAPTER?
We're interested in hearing from experienced professionals who bring:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 10 years of full-time paid professional work experience
• Confidence communicating with people from a range of backgrounds
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A willingness to learn new digital systems and processes
• Initiative, resilience and a positive attitude
• The ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through
Experience in client engagement, business development, consulting, customer service, education, leadership or related professional fields may be advantageous.
