Position: Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Complete and narrate real industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
Evaluate and improve AI model performance using process, operations, and production engineering workflows.
Utilize process design, lean/Six Sigma, and production planning to enhance model outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with process design, lean/Six Sigma, production planning, quality control, or supply chain analysis.
Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or have 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
