This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Paraguay, or Nicaragua.
What you'll actually do:
Admin: Own the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses, and event planning.
Operational: Improve workflows, data analysis, reports, SOPs, documentation, projects, and internal coordination.
What we're looking for:
2+ years of professional experience in any field (EA background NOT required)
You've worked closely with senior people, and you bring rigor with you
C1 English, written and spoken
At least one role with 2+ year tenure
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and AI enthusiast
Proactive by default, not by request

$1,200 USD/month base, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
