Role Description The Business Analyst role at Tech Wilders is a full-time, on-site position based in Essex, MD. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements by working closely with stakeholders across departments. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical and operational teams. The Business Analyst will prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, facilitate meetings and workshops to clarify requirements, and support testing and validation of new solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. The role also involves ongoing monitoring of implemented changes, providing feedback on performance, and recommending further enhancements to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and validate stakeholder needs.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to assess current workflows and design improved processes.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present findings clearly.
Candidates should ideally have experience with requirements management tools, process modeling techniques, and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience working in a technology, consulting, or operations-focused environment is beneficial.
