Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
Provide operational support for enterprise applications and systems, including PLM, ERP, HRMS, workflow, management reports, and related systems.
Develop strategies for system redundancy and disaster recovery to maintain continuous factory operations.
Monitor the performance of factory systems and initiate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Skills and Qualifications:
2 years of experience in IT management and 5 years of experience in software developer
Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems within the organization.
Manage a team of engineers and support staff, providing guidance and direction.
Coordinate with other departments to align IT systems with customer requirements.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for system maintenance and development
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
Report on IT system status to upper management and make recommendations for enhancements

Preferred Skills: C#, Oracle, PL/SQL, MVC .Net, WebAPIs
