Role Description The Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing designs and drawings, assisting in project planning, and coordinating with site teams and contractors to ensure proper execution of civil works. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical specifications, monitoring construction progress, performing basic site inspections, and supporting stormwater and drainage design as required. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and relevant codes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
Candidates should possess skills relevant to practicing Civil Engineers, including basic project coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in Planning and project scheduling for civil works.
Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management and related drainage design concepts.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and local regulations applicable to civil projects.
Proficiency with CAD or similar design software and basic MS Office tools.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages is an advantage.
