About the role
Job Summary
The role is responsible for providing administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting hiring processes, and compiling HR-related data.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee files and HR databases.
Support recruitment and onboarding logistics.
Track performance ratings and compile HR statistics.
Assist with HR documentation and compliance.
Coordinate HR-related communications and scheduling.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and several years of relevant work experience.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
