Senior Python Developer (Full Stack)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our AI Platform team. You’ll own the design and delivery of modern web applications across the whole stack: frontend, backend, databases, and cloud. You’ll work in an AI-driven environment alongside data scientists and product teams, and you’ll be the engineer who turns ideas into reliable, accessible, production-ready features.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications and platform features that are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
Own features end to end, from UI to backend APIs to cloud deployment.
Build software that meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, and make accessibility part of code, testing, and design.
Work with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Find opportunities to integrate AI capabilities where they clearly improve the user experience.
Apply application security best practices and keep solutions compliant with data privacy and protection regulations.
Strengthen CI/CD processes for smoother, more reliable releases.
Support and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
Champion engineering best practices for quality, stability, performance, resiliency, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
3+ years as a full stack developer in product or enterprise software development.
Proven hands-on experience across the full stack:
Frontend: Angular or React (Angular 2+ preferred)
Backend/API: Python, Node.js, or Golang (Python preferred)
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL such as DynamoDB
Infrastructure: AWS or Azure, plus Terraform
A track record of delivering full stack features across frontend, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience building accessible features in web applications.
Solid skills in testing, monitoring, performance tuning, and deployment pipelines.
Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for technology and for keeping up with modern engineering practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI or machine learning integrations.
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
Awareness of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or similar AI integration techniques.
