About the Role: We're an overseas 1v1 live streaming/social platform expanding into Thailand. We're hiring a part-time BD with local market knowledge to develop and manage streamer, agency, and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Source and connect with local streamers, streaming agencies/guilds, KOLs/influencers, and other potential partners in Thailand;
• Build and maintain a network of business partnerships across the Thai market;
• Handle outreach, negotiation, and deal closing with partners;
• Support streamer acquisition and overall business growth in Thailand.
Requirements:
• Fluent Thai is a must — you'll be handling day-to-day communication and negotiation with local streamers, agencies, and partners directly in Thai;
• Basic working-level Mandarin or English is sufficient (just enough for internal reporting and coordination — fluency not required);
• Solid understanding of the Thai market, with existing local connections or business network;
• Experience in BD, sales, marketing, or business development;
• Background in live streaming, social, entertainment, short-video, or KOL/influencer industries is a plus;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, results-driven, able to source partners independently;
• Flexible availability with consistent commitment to Thailand market growth.
💰 Base pay USD 400/month + uncapped commission. Candidates with existing local resources will be prioritized.
