Director - Implementation

As Director – Implementation, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Patient Access (PA) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, ensuring seamless client onboarding and successful product deployment. You will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process design to go-live and continuous optimization. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to scale implementation capabilities, build high-performing teams, and establish standardized delivery practices.
