The Senior Manager, Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive workplace safety, employee wellness, and ability management strategies across a complex, multi-site organization. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with operational execution to strengthen workplace safety, support employee health, and facilitate successful returns to work. You will guide specialized teams, oversee complex disability and accommodation cases, and ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation. Working closely with senior leaders, Human Resources, Operations, labour representatives, and external partners, you will drive consistent practices and continuous improvement. You will also champion injury prevention, strengthen organizational safety culture, and use data-driven insights to improve program effectiveness.
