Senior Renewals Account Manager

The Senior Renewals Account Manager will lead high-value, complex software renewals across strategic accounts in the Americas, helping protect recurring revenue and drive sustainable business growth. This role combines commercial leadership, sophisticated contract negotiation, and proactive account management in a dynamic, subscription-focused environment. You will own the full renewal lifecycle, anticipate risks well in advance, and identify opportunities for expansion while strengthening long-term customer relationships. Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Partner Management, you will align commercial strategies with customer needs and business objectives. You will also provide mentorship to fellow renewal professionals, improve negotiation practices, and leverage Generative AI tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
