Role Description
The Technical Lead will take ownership of the technical direction and engineering execution of the CryptoAutos platform. This role involves overseeing frontend, backend, and Web3 integration, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring that the platform evolves from its MVP stage toward a secure, scalable, and production-ready product.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on technical leadership. You will work closely with developers and product stakeholders to establish engineering standards, resolve complex technical challenges, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Architecture: Define and evolve the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and reliable integration across system components.
Engineering Leadership: Guide and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and promote high-quality engineering practices.
Product Delivery: Collaborate with product and design stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Platform Reliability and Security: Strengthen application security, authentication, transaction workflows, testing, and production readiness.
Web3 Integration: Guide the integration of blockchain-related functionality, including wallet connectivity, transaction flows, and consistency between on-chain and off-chain data.
Technical Planning: Identify technical risks, manage dependencies, make informed architectural trade-offs, and drive continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including prior experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Staff-level role.
Strong experience designing and developing modern web applications and backend services.
Proven ability to lead engineering teams, make architectural decisions, and take ownership of technical delivery.
Solid understanding of API design, authentication, application security, and scalable system architecture.
Experience with testing strategies, code quality standards, deployment processes, and production reliability.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams.
A hands-on approach to problem-solving, mentoring, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
