Remote Outbound Appointment Setter (Egypt) | Certified Setters
Certified Setters places trained appointment setters with US businesses. We’re hiring a remote outbound setter to call interested leads for one of our clients and book appointments on their calendar.
What you’ll do
Make outbound calls to warm leads who haven’t booked yet, using a power dialer and a ready-made script
Have friendly, confident conversations and book qualified appointments
Follow up with leads who didn’t answer
Keep clear CRM notes and send a short end-of-day report
Get coached by a dedicated setter manager who reviews your calls
What we’re looking for
Clear, natural spoken English with a great accent
Phone, sales, call center or customer service experience (appointment setting is a plus)
Warm, confident and persuasive without being pushy, and comfortable with rejection
Reliable and self-disciplined for remote work
Quiet workspace, computer, headset, and stable internet with a backup connection
Available US Eastern Time hours, with at least 3 dedicated hours per day
Coachable and eager to improve
What we offer
Remote work from anywhere in Egypt, paid in USD by bank transfer
Monthly base pay plus uncapped commission on deals you help close
A pay increase after 60 days once you’ve proven your performance
Full paid training and certification, including mock calls and client-specific coaching
Ongoing support from a dedicated setter manager
Room to grow as we add clients and more setters
