Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production-grade coding practices.
Demonstrated expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience building and optimizing machine learning or deep learning models.
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, semantic search, or information extraction.
Proficiency with relevant tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NLP libraries such as spaCy or Hugging Face).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience deploying models to production environments and working with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
Familiarity with recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, or search relevance is a plus.
Interest in the job search, recruiting, or HR tech ecosystem.
