Senior UKG Time & Payroll Testing Consultant
Overview
We are seeking two Senior UKG Time & Payroll Testing Consultants to support a large-scale UKG implementation and payroll transformation initiative. These consultants will play a critical role in validating timekeeping and payroll functionality, executing testing activities, identifying defects, and ensuring payroll accuracy prior to go-live. Testing is a key workstream for the project, and these resources will serve as subject matter experts throughout SIT, Time Compare, Pay Compare, and deployment readiness activities.
Responsibilities
Create, execute, and document test cases and test scenarios.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Lead and execute Time Compare and Pay Compare activities.
Validate timekeeping, schedules, pay rules, accruals, and payroll calculations.
Investigate and resolve testing defects, variances, and payroll discrepancies.
Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Operations, and project stakeholders during testing.
Verify data accuracy and system functionality between legacy and UKG environments.
Support payroll validation, payroll reconciliations, and go-live readiness activities.
Document testing results and provide recommendations for issue resolution.
Assist with post-go-live stabilization support as needed.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of UKG/Kronos Workforce Management experience.
Experience supporting timekeeping and payroll testing initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance processes.
Experience executing SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel payroll testing.
Ability to analyze payroll results and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in large implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UKG Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM, or Kronos.
Experience with payroll integrations and payroll validation.
ADP payroll experience.
Previous Time Compare and Pay Compare experience.
