KOL/KOC 的挖掘、筛选、建联和日常沟通，持续更新达人资源库； 2. 跟进达人合作全流程，包括合作沟通、寄样申请、物流跟进、内容 brief 对接、脚本审核、上线跟进及交付验收； 3. 整理和分析达人合作数据，包括播放、互动、CPM、评论区反馈等，定期输出复盘并优化合作名单； 4. 协助梳理不同市场的内容方向，沉淀高表现内容案例，支持后续达人合作放量； 5. 协助本地品牌合作、社媒内容、公关支持及其他市场项目的执行推进； 6. 与内部及外部团队协作，推动多市场项目按计划落地。 职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，1–3 年 KOL/社媒/内容营销/海外市场相关工作经验； 2. 英语或西语或俄语或德语语言可作为工作语言，能够独立完成达人沟通、信息整理和基础商务对接； 3. 掌握一门德语或西语、俄罗斯语言优先； 4. 熟悉 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 等主流社媒平台，对达人合作、内容传播和基础数据表现有一定理解； 5. 主动性强，沟通顺畅，执行力好，能够适应多市场、多项目并行的工作节奏； 6. 对不同市场的文化和内容差异有兴趣，愿意长期积累海外本地化营销经验。
