Social Media Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, Remote Social Media Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to showcase Beyond Limits’ global presence. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing channels for engagement and reach, and managing day-to-day posting schedules and community interactions. The Social Media Manager will gather stories, visuals, and updates, and will track performance metrics to refine campaigns and report on results. The position requires staying informed about industry trends and best practices in social media, while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
Experience with analytics tools, reporting on campaign performance, and data-driven optimization is beneficial.
Familiarity with visual content formats (images, short videos, reels) and collaboration with design or creative teams is an advantage.
Prior experience managing social media for brands is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work remotely, coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
