该职位来源于猎聘 Main responsibilities:
Project and client management with senior guidance
Project planning ─ Lead both internal and client kick-off meetings
─ Create project plans, budget/revenue forecasts, and task assignments
Project research execution
─ Ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget by coordinating resources and managing client needs
Research analysis and summary ─ Identify and analyze key findings and trends
─ Summarize logical research based on study results
Report writing ─ Draft report template and complete the report summary with guidance
─ Ensure quality in content, wording, and format
Develop and apply innovative research techniques (I.e. AI tools) beyond traditional methodology including:
─ Tracking news on targeted sources automatically
─ Data gathering, analysis, redundant management and QC
─ Developing and adopting automatic tools to improve efficiency
Business development support ─ Support proposals and client engagement meetings
Support to develop innovative secondary-oriented service types
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Role Requirements:
Three years or more of innovative secondary research experience in the healthcare industry, primary and MR experience is a plus
Master’s degree or above
Written and spoken fluency in both English and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
