As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design evolution of a digital marketplace, helping businesses discover, purchase, and activate solutions that improve their productivity. You will own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to delivery and performance evaluation, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and conversion optimization. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Partnerships, you will turn complex business requirements into intuitive, trustworthy experiences. You will use research, analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered tools to identify opportunities and validate design decisions. This fully remote opportunity offers significant autonomy to shape product strategy, influence business outcomes, and elevate the overall marketplace experience.
