Freelancer - Sr. Reverse Proxy Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Backend & Systems Engineer with direct expertise in iGaming / Casino Aggregator integrations and reverse-proxy setups to handle a specialized domain-routing and dedicated proxy project.

Project OverviewWe need to configure our game domain structure so that all igames launch and run directly through our custom domain while preserving all wallet, session, and callback operations.Additionally, a dedicated reverse-proxy setup is required exclusively for Korean Speed Baccarat, enforcing strict table ID/game ID allowlisting to prevent proxy abuse or unauthorized URL manipulation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDomain & Proxy Configuration: Set up custom domain routing ([games.ourdomain.com](https://games.ourdomain.com){game-id}) via Nginx or application-level gateway for all Evolution live games.
Specialized Routing for Korean Speed Baccarat: Implement dedicated proxy rules (handling static assets, headers, and WebSockets) strictly locked to the approved Korean Speed Baccarat game/table ID.
Security & Session Hardening: Ensure signed/expiring launch URLs, strict rate limiting, token validation, secure cookies, and replay protection. Prevent parameter tampering (e.g., users swapping game IDs on the proxy route).
API & Integration Integrity: Maintain 100% backward compatibility with active player sessions, seamless wallet callbacks (bets, wins, rollbacks), CORS/CSP policies, and iframe support.
Requirements & ExperienceiGaming Experience: Proven track record working with Evolution Gaming or major casino aggregator launch flows & Seamless Wallet APIs.
Reverse Proxy & WebSockets: Deep hands-on experience configuring Nginx for reverse proxying, SSL/TLS, and low-latency WebSocket connections.
Backend Development: Proficiency in Node.js for handling backend routing, token verification, and payload signing.
Security & DevSecOps: Knowledge of session security, domain validation, anti-tampering logic, and secure logging on production Ubuntu environments.
Deliverables & Acceptance CriteriaAll Evolution games launching through our custom domain ([https://games.ourdomain.com/](https://games.ourdomain.com/)...).
Dedicated reverse-proxy logic active only for Korean Speed Baccarat.
Strict game/table ID allowlisting preventing unauthorized proxy access to other titles.
Seamless wallet, history, and callback functionality across both desktop and mobile platforms with zero regression.
Complete Nginx/Node.js source code, deployment scripts, rollback instructions, and technical routing documentation.
