Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ghaziabad. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to explain products or services, follow up on leads, and support sales and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing customers, answering queries, recording call details, and updating CRM or call logs accurately. The role also involves meeting call targets, maintaining a polite and professional tone, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and providing feedback on customer responses to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and the ability to converse confidently in English and local languages.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, experience with MS Office or CRM tools, and the ability to maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Candidates should possess customer service and persuasion skills, including active listening, objection handling, and a customer-centric approach to resolving queries.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work toward daily call targets and meet campaign deadlines.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a call center environment is beneficial.
A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to performance-based work environments.
