The System Division is an organization where you can engage in all tasks related to all system, such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, etc., ranging from developing core business systems to smartphone applications for iPhone / Android. It takes the important role as IT that determines the failure or failure as the social infrastructure--banking business while it aims to create new value with differentiated products of other banks.

<■Mission of the System Quality Assurance Department: Designing a process where bugs are "prevented" rather than "found">
Our mission is not to execute tests, but to design and improve development processes that prevent bugs from being introduced into our banking systems. We promote "Quality Engineering" by visualizing quality risks in systems built by development teams and embedding quality into the product before release. Our role is to build governance and process improvement mechanisms that enable development teams to maintain high quality autonomously.

We do not perform test execution or bug reporting. Instead, we structurally
extract risks through the analysis of design documents and development
processes. This is a highly strategic position focused on upstream problem-solving, identifying and preventing the structures that create bugs.
<・Data-Driven Quality Forecasting & Improvement:>
Moving beyond intuition and experience, we conduct detailed analyses of past incident data and development metrics. Using data as an objective foundation, we engage relevant departments to instill a quality culture and ensure concrete
improvement measures are embedded in the field.
<・Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA)>
When incidents occur, we identify process defects and rethink our architectures and development/operation processes. You will develop professional expertise as a "Process Architect" who eliminates the root causes of quality issues.
<・Collaborating and Leading Cross-Functional Teams>
Working closely with development, operations, and infrastructure teams, you will act as a quality expert rather than a mere coordinator. You will visualize quality risks using data—such as identifying high-risk phases and methods to reduce incidents. By formalizing and visualizing these insights, you will evolve and standardize our quality processes into a more consistent, organization-wide framework.

Our System Quality Assurance department is evolving from simple "monitoring of development processes" to "Quality Engineering" to design processes that prevent bugs.
We are looking for a specialist to lead the forecasting of quality risks and the optimization of processes based on data, in close collaboration with relevant departments across the entire system development lifecycle.

Position Details
<・Quality Management of Development Processes>
Oversee the entire process from requirements definition to production release, ensuring development is conducted according to regulations and preventing quality risks.
<・Technical Review of Deliverables>
Review requirements documents, design specifications, and test plans from a third-party perspective to detect quality fluctuations early and provide advice for improvement.
<・Data-Driven Quality Risk Analysis>
Quantitatively analyze defect convergence and trends to determine release readiness.
<・Promotion of Quality Measures: >
When quality issues or risks arise, provide countermeasures based on logical
evidence and drive improvement initiatives with relevant departments.
<・Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Incidents: >
Identify technical and process defects for production incidents and formulate/execute organization-wide recurrence prevention measures.
Mandatory Qualifications:

<【Junior Class】>
・ 1+ years of practical experience in system development (design, implementation, or testing).
・ Ability to create documents and reports logically.
・ Interest in Quality Assurance (QA) processes, or basic knowledge of test design and a strong willingness to learn.
<【Middle class】>
・ 3+ years of experience in system development.
・ 1+ years of practical experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, or practical experience in quality analysis using metrics (defect density, test density, defect convergence status, etc.).
・ Proven track record of promoting projects in collaboration with development teams and other relevant departments.
<【Senior Class】>
・ 5+ years of experience in system development.
・ 3+ years of practical experience leading the construction of Quality Assurance (QA) systems or process improvement.
・ Proven track record of driving quality design and development process improvement in large-scale systems.
・ Experience leading stakeholder negotiations and consensus-building to successfully deliver projects.
Desired Qualifications:
<【Junior Class】>
・ Experience in financial system development.
・ Practical experience in test design/verification.
・ Basic knowledge of data extraction/analysis using tools like AI or Excel.
<【Middle class】>
・ Practical experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents or quality management (QC) analysis methods.
・ Experience in quality management for Agile development projects.
・ Experience in PMO or project coordination/management.
<【Senior Class】>
・ Experience in quality management/compliance for financial institutions.
・ Track record of fostering an organization-wide quality culture and introducing standardization processes.
・ Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO/IEC 25010, etc.) or frameworks.
